I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this service. Firstly, the delivery of my order was far from satisfactory; it took an unreasonably long time to receive access, despite promises of fast delivery. Furthermore, the advertised individual access turned out to be a shared panel, not the dedicated accounts or something similar. This was not made clear during the purchasing process. To make matters worse, the access process is manual, not automatic as advertised. Instead of immediate access, I had to wait for an unspecified amount of time while a member of their team supposedly downloaded the content (in the case of Freepik) before sending it over. This process took hours, causing unnecessary frustration and inconvenience (And it has not yet been shipped). Overall, the misleading advertising, slow delivery, and lack of transparency regarding access are unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service. Besides having the gall to manipulate the information in their favor, in short, I paid for nothing, total gall and not recommended.
