Everything works great, works offline, there´s no "disconnect" issues.
Here´s also more clear instructions:
1) Login using the Epic Games Account provided and start downloading RDR2
2) Disable Cloud saves in the Epic Games launcher settings.
3) Once download is finished, turn off your internet / ethernet adapter
4) Launch RDR2 using Epic Games launcher.
Everytime you want to start the game again just login to Epic Games with your Internet on and then disable the internet and launch RDR2 via Epic launcher.
