This is kind of different than other Epic Activations.
What you need to do:
1) Login to given account and download the game
2) Launch the game and quit
3) While you are still signed in, disconnect your internet
4) Launch the game and quit again
5) Exit Epic completely and only run Epic after you disconnect from internet
PS: If you ever login to another account you need to do everything again or it doesn´t work offline, this means you can only have one activation at a time.
