- 522 033 from a landline phone +7 908 4422033, while roaming or making a long-distance call. Set your phone to tone dialing. Press "2", enter your phone number and press *, enter your password and press *. To go to the menu card activation press "2". Enter the PIN-code and press *
- * 103 * PIN-code * #, then press the Call button. Activation is made with a mobile phone in range of the NTC.
