Path of Exile 2 is a free-to-play next-gen Action RPG from Grinding Gear Games, featuring co-op for up to six players. Path of Exile 2 takes place in the world of Wraeclast, a dark continent inhabited by distinctive peoples and full of ancient secrets and nightmarish dangers. An ominous threat, long thought destroyed, has begun to creep once again to the borders of civilization, plunging people into madness and infecting the land with Corruption.

Path of Exile 2 features a brand new campaign consisting of six acts, 100 different areas, 600 types of monsters, and 100 bosses.

Key Features
Twelve Character Classes
Path of Exile 2 features twelve character classes, two for each combination of Strength, Dexterity, and Intelligence. While each class specializes in its own playstyle, they are just a starting point. You can mix and match skills from many classes to create your own perfect build.

Each of the twelve classes has three Ascendancy specializations, giving players a total of 36 Ascendancy classes to choose from.

New Skill Gem System
Path of Exile 2 features 240 skill gems that grant devastating active abilities, and 200 support gems that change their behavior. Mix and match to create your own ultimate build.

This is the next generation of Path of Exile´s award-winning skill system. Support gems now slot directly into skill gems, removing many of the limitations of the old system while maintaining the same depth. Each skill your character can now have six links.
Dual-Specialization Passive Skill Tree
Path of Exile’s iconic passive skill tree returns, with 1,500 passive skills to customize your experience. The tree now features dual specialization, allowing you to invest points into two different sets of skills. These skills are used when using a weapon or skill of the corresponding type. For example, you could invest points into both daggers and traps, or ice and lightning, and the corresponding skills would be used when switching between attacks. This allows you to specialize in multiple areas without wasting points.

Find All-New Items
Path of Exile 2 has 700 base gear types, each with its own unique item. You can expand your arsenal with new weapons like spears, crossbows, and flails, as well as utility items like concentrators, traps, and reworked scepters.

Encounter Unique Bosses
In Path of Exile 2, each campaign area contains a boss fight. You´ll encounter over a hundred bosses throughout the acts, each with unique mechanics.
