🔸Instructions for replenishing the user´s account, territorially not located in the CIS:
1. Completely close the Steam application (exit Steam) on the PC 15 minutes before replenishment;
2. Switch the smartphone to airplane mode (if the Steam application is installed on it);
3. After 15 minutes, replenish the account and track the crediting of funds via the e-mail linked to the account (you will receive a letter from steampowered about a successful replenishment);
4. After successful crediting, you can launch Steam on your PC.

🔸Instructions for replenishing users who are in Crimea, DPR, LPR, Zaporizhia or Kherson regions:
1. Completely close the Steam application (exit Steam) on your PC 1 hour before replenishment;
2. Switch your smartphone (or other device) to airplane mode (if the Steam application is installed on it);
3. After 1 hour, replenish the account and track the crediting of funds via e-mail linked to the account (you will receive a letter from steampowered about successful replenishment);
4. After successful crediting, you can launch Steam on your PC.
Ignoring these conditions will result in blocking the replenishment by Steam, due to which the funds will not arrive. Refunds are not possible in this case. Remember that there should be no active session from your account in these regions anywhere.
