В Переписке с продавцом выясняется:
"Ваш аккаунт проверил, ограничение есть. Нужен новый акк или могу сам для вас зарегистрировать и прислать готовый с игрой, чтобы вам его только добавить на приставку осталось и сразу можно было играть
либо можно с доплатой на этот взять из более дорогих регионов, которые Майкрософт не ограничила"
Пришлось доплатить 170р. Покупкой все ровно доволен. Активация более 4х часов, но спишем на вечер воскресенья.
