1) Go to the profile selection and select: Add new user. Provide received data: e-mail and password for the account.
2) During login, you will be asked to request security code. Choose one of the e-mails from the list and request code. Afterwards write to the seller in the correspondence section. Seller will provide you with the code to login.
3) On Xbox when setting-up account in security parameters choose “No barriers”.
4) On Xbox go to My games & app section and select to download bought game.
5) Start installing the game.
6) Additionally, after buying an account, you will receive detailed video instructions how to launch game.

Upon payment I received the log in details for the game account. It required a verification code.
I waited approximately 5 hours for the seller to provide the verification code so I could access the account. Once I finally got in, everything seemed fine at first. I downloaded the game and followed all the necessary steps to start playing. However, I soon discovered that the account, despite owning the game, had age restrictions that prevented me from actually playing it.
I immediately reached out to the seller, but here I am nearly 8 hours later, still unable to play and without a resolution. This has been incredibly disappointing, especially compared to my previous purchase from another seller, which went smoothly.
I understand people work, but if the seller provided a time scale of availability that would make things more understandable.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this seller. The lack of prompt communication and the account´s unusable state have made this transaction feel like an absolute joke. Avoid at all costs.
EDIT: Seller has tried to "help" me despite my already knowing the "time manipulation" method and calls me inattentive and unwilling. However, doesn´t listen when I explain the account is "age restricted" for a 3 year old and can´t play the 18+ game i am trying to play. He continually said i was unwilling to listen despite not even acknowledging my issue that the account was age restricted well below the age rating of the game.
I believe the responses are via a bot as they are always the same response including insult. Unhelpful, avoid like the plague.
