Ko-fi is an online platform that allows content creators to receive financial support directly from fans and subscribers.
With Ko-fi, you can accept one-time tips, regular monthly subscriptions, as well as payments for digital content or products.
🔌How does a subscription connect to your account?
1️⃣ Before paying, select the amount you want to pay for a subscription, tips or goods (minimum 1 euro/pound/dollar).
2️⃣ Enter in the special fields: the email to which YOUR account on Ko-Fi is registered, the account password and a link to the author.
❌Make sure that you do not log in to your account via Google, Twitter, Facebook, that is, you can log in to your account by entering your email and password, and not by clicking on the "log in with Google" button❌
3️⃣ Choose a convenient payment method for you and follow the payment instructions.

4️⃣ After payment, you will receive a unique 16-digit code, which you MUST write to the seller in the chat. Without it, connecting a subscription is impossible!
5️⃣The seller issues a subscription in your account. When ready, he informs you of the result. Stay in touch.
⏰ Connecting a subscription will take from 15 minutes, but no more than 12 hours. The speed of order processing depends on the workload and time of day.
A subscription issued outside working hours (see the schedule below) will be connected during working hours.

1️⃣ It is possible to return the cost of a digital product (without a fee for payment) if the delivery of the product is impossible due to the fault of the seller.
2️⃣ It is possible to return 80% of the cost of a digital product (without a fee for payment) only if it has not yet been issued by the seller.
3️⃣ In other cases, a digital product of proper quality is not subject to return or exchange, since it belongs to the "List of non-food products that cannot be returned or exchanged" in accordance with Article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights".
