Продавец поменял условия после оплаты. Деньги вернул в полном объеме. Ситуация была такая: Купил S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl Steam Gift Ultimate Edition для региона СНГ. Продавец не смог отправить гифт из-за моего региона. Сам я не знал, что гифт не получится получить на российском аккаунте. Исправил проблему со своей стороны меньше, чем за 2-е суток после покупки, но продавец за это время уже изменил цену, и отказался скидывать гифт Ultimate Edition. Вместо этого предложил возврат или Deluxe Edition.
