The main healer of the city dies under mysterious circumstances, and you must take his place. You will have to look for unexpected allies. The children know something, and carefully hide it - you will have to play by their rules.
You have only twelve days.
- 12 days in a strange city tormented by the plague.
- Time is the head of everything: if you do not keep track of it, it will flow in vain. You will have to think hard about what exactly to spend your precious minutes on.
- A thriller about survival in society. You will have to look after your body, finding ways to overcome hunger, thirst, fatigue, and so on. You can’t do it just by searching for resources. It is almost impossible to survive alone - learn to win people over.
- The further you go, the worse it gets. At first, it will be difficult to find a common language even with your own body... and then - even more difficult. At the first convenient opportunity, your body will betray you. In this game, the stakes are obviously not in your favor.

- A duel with an invincible enemy. In "Pathologic", your main opponent is the Plague itself, ethereal and malicious. And there are no tools with which to defeat it. The only chance is to try to understand it.
