Working project of the fire-fighting water supply system in the UPTIG building.
Working drawings have been developed in accordance with the current design standards.
The UPTIG building has a designed fire-fighting water supply system - B2.
The building´s fire resistance rating is II, and the production category for fire hazard is A. The water consumption for internal fire extinguishing is adopted based on SNiP 2.04.01-85* clauses 6.1, 6.3, tables 2.3, and is 2 jets of 2.6 l/s. Fire hydrants Dy 50 mm are accepted for installation. The hose length is 20 m, the spray nozzle diameter is 16 mm. The minimum required pressure for fire hydrants is 13.0 m. One input of f57x3 made of steel electric-welded pipes from the external network of the same name is designed in the building. The required pressure at the inlet (20 m H2O) is provided by fire pumps, which are switched on by buttons installed at the fire hydrants inside the building. Internal fire water supply networks are mounted from steel electric-welded pipes according to GOST 10704-91. Water consumption for external fire extinguishing according to SNiP 2.04.02-84* for a building volume of less than 5 thousand m3 is 10 l/s (36 m3/hour).
