This project provides for automatic control of the UPTIG process equipment using the UPTIG LIS developed by ZAO NPF Sistema-Service, together with the UPTIG ACS supplied as a set with the pulse gas preparation unit (UPIG).
UPTIG LIS provides the following functions:
• receiving analog and discrete signals from the UPTIG process equipment sensors;
• receiving data via standard interfaces:
- from the UPTIG ACS on the state of the UPTIG process equipment;
- from the Superflow-2E complex for measuring and recording the total gas flow rate;
- from the SG-EK complex for measuring and recording the gas flow rate for own needs;
• receiving from the LIS a command for an emergency shutdown of the UPTIG, issuing signals to the LIS on the operating and faulty state of the UPTIG;
• issuing warning and emergency settings;
• issuing control voltages of ±110 V to the valves;
• power supply for analog and discrete sensors ±24V;
• automatic rearrangement of the valve at the UPTIG inlet and the UPTIG candle valve during an emergency shutdown of the UPTIG;
• automatic rearrangement of the valves at the inlet of the fuel gas reducing threads;
• automatic rearrangement of the valves at the inlet of the gas reducing threads for own needs;
• automatic control of the UPTIG emergency exhaust ventilation;
• automatic transmission to the operator´s workstation of the control center via interface communication lines of signals about the state of the UPTIG process equipment, its operating modes, the values of the controlled parameters, the reception of control commands for the UPTIG process equipment.
In addition, the project provides for: monitoring of gas contamination in the UPTIG room:
• light and sound alarm for gas contamination of 10% of the LEL in the UPTIG room;
• automatic activation of exhaust ventilation in the UPTIG room at gas contamination of 10% of the LEL;
installation of push-button posts for activation of fire pumps, automation of the supply ventilation system P1.
