The following process units are automated in this project:
- Dust collector units GP 628.00.000-12 (5 pcs);
- Condensate collection collector (E-1);
- Above-ground tanks for collecting liquid (E-2).
The project provides for the transmission and reception of signals required to implement the gas cleaning unit operation algorithm via the ACS:
• temperature measurement at the outlet collectors (2 pcs);
• pressure measurement at the outlet collectors (3 pcs);
• pressure drop measurement at the common collector of dust collectors;
• gas humidity measurement;
• alarm for increased condensate level in each dust collector, in the condensate collection tank;
• alarm for level in the condensate collection collector: minimum, upper, upper emergency;
• remote control of valves "B" of each dust collector;
• automatic and remote opening of valve "A" for draining condensate from condensate collection manifold E-1 to above-ground tank E-2 at high condensate level in E-1 (700 mm) upon confirmation of closing of valves "B" of dust collectors;
• remote and automatic closing of valve "A" when condensate level in E-1 decreases (150 mm). Opening of valves "B" occurs after confirmation of closing of valve "A".
The project also provides for local control of UOG parameters:
• pressure in condensate collection manifold (E-1);
• pressure before and after dust collectors;
• pressure and temperature in dust collectors (complete with dust collectors); pulse gas pressure.
