Project for automation of the piping of the gas turbine unit of the compressor station.
The project provides for the design binding of remote control sensors and local devices installed outside the GPA shelter. The project provides for remote (with the ACS type MSKU-SS-5000) monitoring and control of the following equipment:
- Control of valves 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 6p (Mokveld);
- Signaling of pressure drop on valve 1;
- Signaling of pressure drop on the grid before the compressor.
Monitoring and control of the fuel gas line:
- Remote control and signaling of the position of valves 9, 12;
- Remote measurement of pressure, pressure drop, temperature in the fuel gas flow measurement line;
- Local monitoring of pressure drop on each fuel gas filter using differential pressure gauges.
The project provides for local pressure monitoring before and after all process valves, as well as in the pulse gas extraction risers.
Installation of devices and automation equipment inside the units is carried out according to the documentation developed by SMNPO im. Frunze, the manufacturer of the gas turbine unit.
Information about the unit´s condition and parameters that ensure its life is transmitted to the control room via a dense (digital) communication channel and physical communication lines.
