You are a necromancer: a lone sorcerer striving to become more and more powerful and learn new forms of dark magic. You spend your days looking for rivals to fight against in order to hone your wicked craft. But while you´re destroying myriad monsters, none of them seem really worthwhile to you... Until one day more and more dangerous creatures enter your world. You realize that something is wrong, but perhaps this is just the case that you have been waiting for! It´s time to prove your strength and show everyone that you are really the formidable magician you always thought you were! Explore diverse and superbly detailed environments - lush rural landscapes, deep forests, haunted cemeteries, huge castles, ice caves, smoldering volcanoes and more - they are all teeming with dangers in which you will have to prove yourself, and their inhabitants will try their best to destroy you. Wield destructive weapons, cast powerful spells and undergo terrible transformations to defeat enemies, using their own powers against themselves and bending nature itself to their will - do not let the slain enemies rest, but curse them with death and make them serve you, necromancer! Use the Tornado spell to knock enemies aside, the Ring of Ice to freeze them, or even a Hand Grenade to smash them to smithereens! As your strength grows, master new transformations - become a Swamp Snake to wade through narrow spaces and breathe underwater, a Golem Mason to smash walls into small pieces, a Tempter Demon to walk safely on lava, or even a Wyvern to soar in the air! You will have to use all the abilities at your disposal to defeat countless sinister creatures in this Metroidvania FPS, exploring 21 diverse maps divided between 3 huge exciting centers! Hands of Necromancy II is based on the GZDoom engine, which uses GPL code from id Software, Raven Software (Activision), and many contributors.
