Description:
Star Wolves is a three–dimensional real-time space strategy game with RPG elements. The game takes place in the distant future. In order to somehow combat piracy on transgalactic lines, humanity legalized the institution of "bounty hunters" - mercenaries who own high–speed space fighters and are designed to fight all kinds of criminals. It is in the role of such a mercenary that the player enters the game, having at first only a small amount of money, a couple of ships and a lot of ambitions. Along the way, the main character will have to fight pirates, guard merchant ships, participate in the hunt for the famous Red Corsair, profit from the passions of uranium fever, perform secret missions, and even serve as an agent of the emperor. The player´s team can have up to six unique characters, each with their own appearance, voice, abilities and story. During the game, the characteristics of the characters grow, new unique skills are added. In Star Wolves, battles are battles of fighter units taking place in three-dimensional space, where speed and maneuverability, pilot experience and the power of guns win. The space fighter link is the most important element of the game tactics. When appointing a link leader, the player is guided mainly by his characteristics and abilities. It is equally important, in addition, to choose the right wingmen and set them appropriate behavioral patterns for the combat situation. By giving new instructions to the wingmen during the battle, or even changing the leader, the player has the opportunity to fine-tune the link depending on the number and type of enemies, the weapons they use and the special equipment available. © Fulqrum Publishing Ltd. 2004-2012.
