THE BRAND NEW BATTLEFIELD OF Strategic Command: American Civil War comes with a massive 66,000-hex map covering the entire North America from Canada and New Mexico to the Caribbean on a scale of 15 km/9 miles. This is the largest hexagonal map ever offered in the Strategic Command series! MANAGE YOUR ARMIES Since there were few professional soldiers ready for battle at the beginning of 1861, the creation of an army will be no less important than the order to join the battle. Thousands of volunteers are enlisting in the army, and you will need to organize them into brigades, divisions, and eventually corps. It will be necessary to conduct research to improve their weapons and combat skills. After completing your training, you will be able to choose from a variety of famous generals who will command them, including Lee, Jackson, Grant, McClellan, Beauregard and Sherman.
