FIGHTING THE BEAR IN CHAPTER 5 OF THE TRADE CAMPAIGN, the Axis Operations 1942 DLC campaign focuses almost exclusively on the fighting on the Eastern Front in this critical year of World War II, exploring both well-known and little-known conflicts of the period. This large campaign, consisting of 17 scenarios, offers even more content that our players are familiar with and like so much, and also continues to break these patterns with several new mission designs. CONTINUE YOUR OWN TANK CORPS Players can import their core forces that completed the previous Axis Operations 1941 campaign, or use pre-configured core forces to directly launch the Axis Operations 1942 campaign. While imported forces can strive for additional growth and challenges through increased difficulty settings and advanced game modes, pre-installed forces contain a moderate number of experienced units and a set of heroes sufficient for any player to succeed in this new campaign. FIGURES AND MISSIONS FROM HISTORY In addition to the ongoing trend of bonus missions based on real historical events, this campaign will be complemented by performances by other historical German leaders from World War II. Although the appearance of these new characters in various campaign briefings and scenarios cannot completely replace the loss of previously noticed characters, their presence will absolutely bring a new historical context and understanding of the campaign.
