Assassin´s Creed, Ubisoft´s best-selling franchise, consists of many great games, including the twelfth installment: Assassin´s Creed: Valhalla. This time, players have the opportunity to personally experience the Viking expansion in the British Isles. Don´t worry — you´ll also get the best of the series, including hidden blades and this insane leap of faith.
Choose your hero
The main character of this open-world adventure game is Avor Varinsdottir, also known as Kiss of the Wolf, a brave warrior and a jarlskon. Interestingly, you can also play the game with a male version of Avor, or even allow the game to alternate between two characters at key points in the story. Both characters are fully customizable.
Fight like a Viking
Besides beards, tattoos and angry looks, the game also has other Viking-inspired elements such as weapons. The Assassin´s usual arsenal has been expanded to include new weapons such as flails and two-handed swords. You can also equip one of the powerful Scandinavian shields, as it is now possible to carry two arms.
Almost invisible
Assassin´s Creed: Valhalla brings back one of the favorite mechanisms from the previous installments: lower your hood and blend in with the crowd to hide from enemies! Explore Avor´s new abilities: fake death and use your raven to distract the guards.
