Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer horror game in the (4 vs 1) mode, where one player takes on the role of a brutal Killer, and four other players are Survivors trying to escape from the Killer.
Survivors play in third person and have an advantage in situational awareness. The Killer plays in first person and is more focused on their prey.
The Survivors´ goal in each game is to try to avoid being caught by the Killer and escape the scene of the murders - this sounds easier than it actually is, especially when the situation changes in each game.
