4. Enter the software product code and click Register.
5. Go to the page http://www.origin.com/us/about and at the bottom of the page you will be able to download the Origin client and the Download button for Windows
6. Login to Origin using your account
7. Open your game library in the Origin client
8. Click on The Sims Medieval game and click Load.
