Samantha and Helena Agathon volunteered to lead a preemptive strike —10,000 colonial soldiers who were to begin the fight against the Cylons. They were too late. All they found was rubble, the whole colony was leveled to the ground. Not a single person was left alive. Now Praetor Agathon is sending his fleet to the lonely frontier colonies outside Kirann. No one can protect them, and no one else can get to them. Operation Anabasis, based on CIC´s plans, is the only hope for vulnerable colonists. The Agathon sisters must evacuate all survivors they can find and send them back to Caprica. They cannot expect reinforcements and will not find shelter. New Survival Mode In the new survival mode called "Operation Anabasis" you will command a single fleet consisting of both military and civilian ships. Your task is to escape and survive, as well as bring your soldiers and colonists back to Caprica. You will be hunted relentlessly. Jump after jump, and you won´t find a reprieve. Your resources are limited, but you may be given the opportunity to repair your ships and collect resources after each jump. Each passage will be unique and completely randomized: you will be able to choose the location of your next jump, and each place will have its own set of potential bonuses and penalties. You can customize your fleet, but remember: to run is to survive, and time is against you. The Cylons will keep coming. Will you be able to return home? How much will you save? New maps for fights Anabasis adds eleven new maps available in single or multiplayer fights, as well as in the new Operation Anabasis mode! They are incredibly themed and add variety to the existing set of maps. Now you can fight in the orbit of Caprica, climbing with Cylon ships over the upper layers of the planet´s atmosphere. Face numerous clusters of dangerous neutral minefields on the new Vallum map or hide in the gas nebula on the Niflheim map. These are just three examples of new maps: each of them has a unique theme, provides new tactical situations and new objects around which you will need to adapt your strategy. New types of ammunition New types of ammunition that can be used in any game mode significantly expand the tactical variety! Now the admirals of the colonies and Cylons will have more tools at their disposal than ever. A mine of debris. The debris mine is a remote—controlled directional fragmentation mine, a new territory control tool designed to control the airspace of squadrons. The munition works like a mine, however, upon reaching its destination, it automatically explodes. Colonists can use it. Comet PCM. Comet PCM is an unguided ballistic projectile for Cylons, consisting of a modified jamming complex and a homing device.
