A dark case of corruption in the heart of New York´s underworld for charismatic detective John Blacksad
In the early 50s. Joe Dunn, owner of a boxing club, is found dead. At the same time, his rising star, Robert Yale, who is about to enter the ring and participate in the most important fight of his career, disappears under mysterious circumstances. Sonia Dunn, Joe´s daughter, takes over the club and must cope with financial difficulties. She hires private investigator John Blacksad to investigate Yale´s disappearance and find him. This grim case will take our detective to the darkest and darkest depths of New York.
Featuring anthropomorphic characters and a beautifully recreated ´50s style, BLACKSAD: Under The Skin promises adventure in the dark, detective-story atmosphere of the comic book series of the same name.
