Продавец сказал, что направит код через пару минут, прошло более получаса и он перестал отвечать на сообщения, код я тогда так и не получила.
Вечером проверила переписку - завалил все сообщениями, стал отвечать только тогда, когда прошло 45 минут, но код так и не направлял, говорил, что сделает это, только если удалю отзыв.
В итоге решила воспользоваться услугами другого продавца и не продолжать этот балаган, попросила возврат средств, все вежливо - в итоге решил выслать код и поставить статус "товар получен", хотя коды мне больше не нужны, услуга получена в другом магазине и срок изначально был обозначен в пару минут.
