36(3). From a sample of a mixture of 2-methylbutanol-2 and 2-methylbutene-2 and indifferent impurities weighing m g, a 100.0 ml solution in CCl4 was prepared. To construct calibration graphs and analyze the mixture, absorption bands were used at 930 cm-1 (absorbs 2-methylbutanol-2) and at 2740 cm-1 (absorbs both compounds). Data obtained for standard solutions:
2-methylbutanol-2:
C, g/100 ml 2.5 5.5 9.0
A630 cm-1 0.280 0.620 1
А2740 cm-1 0.050 0.110 0.180
2-methylbutene-2:
C, g/100 ml 0.300 0.600 1.000
А2740 cm-1 0.220 0.450 0.750
Calculate the mass fraction (%) of 2-methylbutanol-2 and 2-methylbutene-2 in a mixture if the following results were obtained during analysis under similar conditions:
Option 3
M, g 850
A930 cm-1 0.860
A2740 cm-1 0.320
