The town of Bright Falls, nestled among the mountains and forests of the Pacific Northwest, has been rocked by a series of ritual murders. Alan Wake, a writer imprisoned in a nightmare beyond our world, writes a dark novel in an attempt to change the reality around him and escape from his prison. Fleeing the horror of the darkness that haunts him, Wake tries to maintain his sanity and defeat the devil on his field.
