Task 2. On the night of September 18-19, an unidentified criminal set fire to a house on Lesnaya Street in the village of Sinichki, where farmer Komarov lived. The fire was discovered at 23:05. At 11:30 p.m., a guard on duty consisting of two sections under the leadership of fire inspector Rublev arrived at the scene of the fire. By three o´clock the fire was extinguished. During the fire, a residential building - log, covered with roofing felt on the outside, slate roof, wooden rafters, plank ceiling insulated with straw - burned completely. At the time of inspection of the scene of the incident, the roof and the upper ceiling were missing, the staircase of the house on the street side was completely burned, the other staircases were partially burned, the frames in the window openings were burned, and the floor in one of the rooms on an area of 2x3 m was burned out. During the inspection, carried out with the participation of a specialist - senior engineer of the fire department Gruzdev, all debris was sorted out and removed from the burnt house, while specialist Gruzdev indicated that the most likely sources of fire were the porch of the house and the front door, as well as the steppe of the house with sides of the street. In addition, when examining the scene of the incident, layers in the form of pieces and microparticles of soil were found on the picket fence near Komarov’s house and on the fence opposite his house. Here, under the fence, two bottles with oil residues were found. During the investigation of the arson case, the suspect Kiselev, the driver of a GAZ-69 car from a local poultry farm, was identified. There were significant layers of dried mud on his shoes and on the rubber mat in the car´s cabin.
