Anti-corruption expertise

An examination was carried out: Draft Resolution of the Administration of the Municipal Formation “Staromainsky District” dated January 16, 2020 No. 16 “On the creation of an Interdepartmental Commission for the Settlement of Disputes on the Issues of Providing Free or Reduced Hot Meals to Students of General Education Organizations of the Municipal Formation “Staromainsky District”.
The following documents were used during the examination:
- Constitution of the Russian Federation;
- Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
- Federal Law of July 27, 2010 No. 210-FZ “On the organization of the provision of state and municipal services”
- Resolution of the Administration of the municipal formation “Staromainsky District” dated August 19, 2014 No. 608 “On approval of the Rules for the preparation and adoption (issuance) of legal acts in the Administration of the municipal formation “Staromainsky District” of the Ulyanovsk Region”;
- Resolution of the Administration of the municipal formation “Staromainsky District” dated January 29, 2015 No. 40 “On approval of the Procedure for conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts and draft regulatory legal acts in the Administration of the municipal formation “Staromainsky District”.
