По итогу всё ок, игру получил (steam, vault edition, аргентина)
Плюсы:
- продавец решил проблему с оплатой (оплата производилась через сервис paylama, где необходимо было перевести деньги с карты третьим лицам), двое суток оплата считалась не пройденной, продавец разрешил вопрос (вопрос обсуждался в телеграмме, через plati продавец не откликался)
- т.к. на основной акк уже нельзя было передавать гифт (об этом ниже), продавец сам организовал аргентинский акк (т.е. я регистрацией не занимался), продавец дал мне реквизиты нового аккаунта
- вежливое и тактичное общение
Минусы:
- игру получил через 100 часов с момента подтверждения оплаты!
- если бы реакция была менее 2х суток (как указано в описании продавца), то игру бы получил на основной акк до того, как администрация стим "депортировала" меня на родину
