The project provides for the replacement of the existing pumping unit PEN type PE 580-185/200 with a pump PE 580-195-5 with the installation of a new two-pole asynchronous electric motor with a squirrel-cage rotor 4AZM-5000/6000 UHL4 with a closed air-to-water cooling system and the installation of a VoithTurbo fluid coupling » models 620 SVNL 33G.
The pumping unit PE 580-195-5 has higher energy efficiency rates in relation to the replaced pump.
Installation of a 4AZM-5000/6000 UHL4 electric motor with a closed air-to-water cooling system will allow the pump unit to be operated regardless of the season and microclimate indicators in the shop.
The installation of a Voith Turbo hydraulic coupling, model 620 SVNL 33G, will allow the speed of the pumping unit to be controlled.
