Enemies are represented by bears, dinosaurs, walruses, etc. There are boss battles. You can find additional weapons and temporary power-ups, such as a stone ax and a protective field.

The game does not have smooth scrolling. Therefore, the locations are divided into conditional rooms. When the character reaches the edge of the screen, there is a short blackout, after which he is in a new place. The same thing happens when a Cro-Magnon man enters the caves. On the ground, you need to collect food: hams, bananas, pears, cherries, bones and stuff like that. Vegetables, fruits and meat must be selected to fill the scale of the city. To pass the stage, you just need to get to the end of the map. The character has a health bar (here it is called energy) and several lives. In total there are 7 levels in the title.
