Description of the automation system for heaters.
Groups of air heaters on boiler units are equipped with instruments and automation equipment in accordance with SO 34.35.101-2003 "Guidelines for the scope of technological measurements, alarms, automatic control at thermal power plants", as well as in accordance with RD 34.26.106 "Guidelines for the design and operation of power heaters with wire fins”.
The automation system consists of three independent automation complexes operating separately on a group of heaters (KF) of boiler units (KA), respectively.
The sensors of the automation system, installed in place for each system, measure the necessary and sufficient process parameters.
To display and signal the state of the temperature of the air and condensate of the CF, multi-channel signaling devices are installed on the central control room, for each group of heaters separately on the control panels of the SC, respectively.
Remote control of actuators (MEO, MEP) is carried out from the central control room, using manual control units (BRU), installed for each group of heaters separately on control panels, respectively.
Remote control of motorized valves is carried out from the central control panel, using manual switches installed for each group of heaters separately on the control panels, respectively.
Starters, circuit breakers are located in the existing valve assembly cabinets located in the main building.
Format - DWG compatible with AutoCAD 2004-2017, Compass, ZWCAD, nanoCAD, BricsCAD, etc.
