Please read these policies carefully before purchasing digital goods:

1. Good quality digital goods cannot be returned/exchanged after purchase, as they are categorized as goods with individually defined properties and can be used exclusively by the purchasing consumer;
2. In case of a technical error or problem with the product (invalid code), we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis. If you have been sent an invalid code, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase to discuss the possibility of resolving the issue;
3. No refunds are available for used or incorrectly activated cards;
4. No exchange of a digital card for another, unless the card has been damaged or corrupted due to a technical error on our end;
5. Dispute resolution takes place within 3-5 working days. We cooperate only with official distributors, and this time is necessary to request and analyze information about the product (includes: checking for defects, checking the activation time of the product);
6. In case of a dispute, the seller has the right to request additional evidence from the buyer to prove that the product is defective. Such evidence may include a video recording of the activation process, screenshots or other relevant materials. If the buyer fails to provide sufficient evidence, the seller reserves the right to refuse to consider a refund or exchange;
7. By purchasing a digital item, you agree to the terms of this return policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please refuse to purchase the digital item. If you continue to purchase a digital item after changes are made to this return policy, this constitutes your agreement to the changes.
