Detailed design of the installation of a pumping unit with a frequency converter, to replace the existing one.
The electric pump is three-phase, with a power of 132 kW. FC - frequency converter EI-P7012-175H, 132 kW, IP20. Sensor for feedback with VFD - pressure transducer JUMO MIDAS S05.
Replacement of pumping units is carried out in the following sequence:
- replacement of the alluvial unit NOV-6;
- installation of a tray cable route along the facade of the building;
- mounted overpass at the level of 3.150 along the axis 28;
- dismantling of the existing power line of the electric drive of the pumping unit;
- laying a new power line, replacing the protection device and the relay part in panel No. 18, section 4, RUSN-0.4 kV;
- installation of the frequency converter;
- installation of an electric energy meter.
The material presents sections of the working documentation: power supply (ES) and automation (ATX).
