Working project for the automation of a boiler plant (BU) at a CHPP.
Automation of the boiler plant provides for:
• - automatic control of the condensate level in the BO-1 and BP-1 network water heaters;
• - regulation of water pressure in the make-up pipeline;
• - protections acting on shutdown of boilers (increasing the level in boilers BO-1 and BP-1);
• - protections acting on shutdown of network and condensate pumps (lowering pressure on the head of SN and KNB);
• - light and sound signaling in the TsTSCHU-I turn at critical values of the condensate level in BO-1 and BP-1;
• - measurement and registration of temperature of network water, condensate;
• - measurement and registration of temperature of bearings of network and condensate pumps;
• - measurement and indication of pressure of network and make-up water;
• - measurement of pressure of network water and condensate for frequency converters of drives of network and condensate pumps;
• - local pressure control of network water, make-up water, steam, condensate (indicating pressure gauges) on pipelines and equipment of the boiler plant;
• - measurement of salinity of condensate after BO-1 and BP-1;
• - measurement of the flow rate of direct, return network water, the flow rate of make-up water and the flow rate of condensate;
• - local/remote control of gate valves with electric drives on technological pipelines of the boiler plant.
