You get a username, email and password.
Change email address on Steam:
Log in to the Steam client, from the Steam menu in the upper left corner, select "Settings" ("Preferences" on Mac computers). In the "Account" tab, click "Change contact email address".
Enter your Steam account password, new email address and click Next.
Steam Support will send an email to your email address with a confirmation link. Do not close the Steam window until you receive an email. If the letter does not arrive, try using a different mail domain.
After you see a page that says "Done!", return to Steam. A dialog box should appear in Steam confirming the address change. Click on "Finish
