701. Orange juice is a sol, usually containing very small spherical particles with a zeta potential of 50 mV and having a low ionic strength. Determine the electrophoretic mobility and electrophoresis rate of these particles when the juice is between flat electrodes with a potential difference of 120 V and a distance of 40 cm between them. For the dispersion medium of juice, take a viscosity of 4.5 mPa * s and a relative permittivity of 54.1.
