Using Einstein´s equation, calculate the diffusion coefficient for a gold hydrosol with an average particle size of 5*10 -6 cm and for a true aqueous solution of acetone at room temperature. The density of pure acetone is 0.79 g/cm3. Compare the value of the diffusion coefficients, draw a conclusion. The value of the viscosity of water is taken equal to 0.01 Pz. For dilute solutions of acetone, it can be assumed that the acetone molecules have a spherical shape.
