A vertically mounted tube with an inner diameter of 300 µm is immersed at one end in a liquid to a depth of 3.00 cm, and at the other end it is connected to air in a vessel, which allows creating excess pressure compared to the pressure above the liquid surface around the tube. Determine at what excess pressure in the vessel the air bubble will detach from the lower end of the capillary immersed in the liquid. The surface tension and density of the liquid are 72.0 mN/m and 997 kg/m3, respectively. Ignore the air density.
