Detailed design of the automated gas contamination system SHIELD in the turbine shop of the CHPP.
The project provides for the creation in the main building, section of the turbine department of a gas analytical system for hydrogen using the following equipment: signaling device SHIELD-3, sensors DTX-152-3 in the amount of 4 pcs., signaling devices US-1 in the amount of 2 pcs.
The signaling device is installed on the control room panel of the main building. Sensors are installed in places of possible hydrogen leakage, such places are gas stations located at the level of 0.000 m: gas station No. 7 on axis No. 30, gas station No. 8 in axes 35-36, gas station No. 10 on axis 43.
One sensor is installed on a newly mounted service platform (Pm1), located at the level of 8,000 m in axes 26-27.7
Sensors must be installed at a height of 0.5 to 0.7 m above a concentrated source of hydrogen evolution:
- for gas stations, install a wall-mounted sensor at a height of 0.5 to 0.7 m from the hydrogen ramp;
- for the Pm1 platform, install the sensor at a height of 0.5 m from the floor level of the platform.
The pipeline fittings for the hydrogen pipeline are adopted special for hydrogen.
