1. When two aqueous solutions are mixed, a sol or suspension is formed. The volumes of the solutions are equal to V1 and V2, and the concentrations of solutes are C1 and C2, respectively (see the table below). Using the Faience-Paneth rule, determine the sign of the charge of the resulting particles, and also write the formula for the electric double layer (micelle formula) formed on the surface of the particles.
