Refund Policy

We always try to meet the needs of our customers, but each return is an additional cost for us. Therefore, we ask you to carefully read the description of the goods and in case of questions, first write to us in the chat (button "ask a question") or telegram stasalex_support.

We will refund you 100% of the payment if the reason is in us:

We will refund you 80% of the payment if the reason is you:

2) You forgot your password or login from your account;
3) You changed your mind;
4) Other similar reasons.
