APPENDICES 48
The purpose of the study: to study the features of the development of flexibility and mobility of the joints during swimming at the stage of initial training.
Object of study: the development of flexibility and mobility of the joints during swimming at the stage of initial training
Subject of study: the development of flexibility and mobility of the joints during swimming.
In accordance with the goal, the following research objectives were identified:
1. To analyze the theoretical and methodological features of the development of flexibility and mobility of the joints during swimming.
2. To study the characteristics of the physical qualities of flexibility and mobility of the joints at the stage of initial training
3. Determine the goals, objectives, methods and organization of pedagogical research.
4. Conduct an experimental study to determine the effectiveness of identifying a methodology for developing flexibility and mobility of the joints using static stretching exercises.
