Years have passed since the 3rd Street Saints took over Stillwater. This is no longer an ordinary street gang, but a real brand with sneakers, energy drinks named after himself and Johnny Gat dolls with a bobble head that every store sells nearby.
The Saints are the kings of Stillwater, but their celebrity status hasn´t gone unnoticed. The Syndicate, a legendary crime fraternity with its people around the globe, has taken notice of the Saints and is now demanding tribute. Unwilling to kneel before the Syndicate, you fight in Steelport, once a famous metropolis, now a city of sin under the control of the Syndicate.
Drop tanks from the air, order air strikes on a Mexican gang of wrestlers, and defend against a trained military using only a sex toy; ignite an urban war that will put all of Steelport on its toes in the wildest storyline ever conceived for a game. Fasten seat belts.
