Всё активировалось, спасибо предыдущему комментатору за совет. Нужно VPN-подключение не к Аргентине, а к Турции. В описании товара неплохо бы это поменять. А так всё ок.

Все сработало. Продавец быстро ответил. Единственное была проблема с регионом. Если у вас не получается активировать, попробуйте переназначить VPN на Турцию. А так все отлично, спасибо
