What format to choose?
EPUB - if you have an iPhone/iPad and iBooks is installed, this is your choice.
FB2 is an excellent format for reading both on a computer and on smartphones / tablets. There are a lot of programs, old and good - Cool Reader.
Available for Android, IOS, Windows Phone.
