In fact, all this is there, but on a smaller scale. Plot The American Civil War did not end in 1865, but continued for several more decades. While the northerners and southerners shed each other´s blood, a third party emerged in the conflict. The PSI corporation wasted no time: set up the production of steam robots, stamped machine guns and rocket launchers, and let´s kill everyone. In the struggle for power over a huge country, all means are good, for example, a narcotic substance that improves reflexes in small doses and turns people into monsters - into large ones. In such circumstances, the protagonist of the game, Hamilton Rourke, sets out in search of his beloved, and at the same time begins to partisan behind the lines of the damned corporation. Gameplay The world of Damnation is rather large, but the gamer will not receive the promised freedom of action. From point A to point B, the protagonist moves with the help of impressive acrobatic abilities: he jumps over precipices, climbs ropes, climbs steep walls. True, all this can be done in the places provided by the developers. Travel on steam motorcycles, again along strictly indicated routes, can diversify movement across locations. To kill enemies, the hero carries several types of weapons behind his back, with interesting designs. As for the differences in combat characteristics, they are insignificant, so the revolver turns out to be no worse than a shotgun or rifle.
