Plot:
Centuries ago, a fierce giant broke the world apart. At this hour, the first Immortals gained their strength, and their strength was so great that they managed to destroy the monster against which all the others were powerless. So that such a disaster would never happen again, the Immortals formed a Council. This Council was called to maintain peace and order throughout the earth and intervene at the first sign of war or disaster.

Immortals are extremely powerful, but their number is small. Even they are not able to survey the whole world from edge to edge. Therefore, they instruct their mortal agents, arbiters, to protect people from everyday dangers. Codenders roam the earth, looking for robbers, violent creatures and dishonest officials. Their word is law.

But one of the arbiters discovers that corruption is rooted in the ranks of their own order. Now a heavy burden has been placed on her shoulders: to stop the threat as great as the terrible ancient giant, about which legends tell.

This tactical role-playing game, strongly influenced by Final Fantasy Tactics (both original and Advance) and Tactics Ogre, acts as their spiritual heir and brings a number of improvements and additional features to the genre.
