Task number 2
“Tolerances and fits of smooth cylindrical joints”
For a smooth cylindrical joint K6 / h6 of nominal diameter D = 112 mm, determine:
1. Limit sizes.
2. Tolerances.
3. The largest, smallest and average gaps.
4. Landing tolerance.
5. Executive sizes of limit calibers.
The location of the tolerance fields is depicted graphically.
Task number 3
“Tolerances and fit of rolling bearings”
For a radial single row bearing, construct tolerance field layout schemes indicating deviations. Loading is circulating. The shaft is continuous.
Initial data:
1. The accuracy class is 0.
2. The bearing number is 152.
3. Radial load R = 10000 N.
4. The nature of loading - C (with strong shocks and vibration).
Task number 4
"Calculation of dimensional chains"
Draw a dimensional chain diagram for the assembly shown in fig. 3. Based on the given nominal values of dimensions and tolerance fields of the component links A1, A2, A3, A4 (Appendix), determine the nominal value, limit deviations and tolerance of the closing link AΔ under conditions of complete interchangeability.
Initial data:
A1 = 140 H9; A2 = 40 H9; A3 = 12 f9; A4 = 150 a11
Task number 5
"Tolerances and fittings for threaded joints"
For threaded interfaces (metric threads) according to the specified thread size and pitch, tolerance fields of the thread of the bolt and nut (Appendix), determine the maximum dimensions of all interface elements, as well as give a diagram of the location of the tolerance fields of the bolt and nut.
Initial data:
Nominal thread diameter d - M90 mm.
Thread pitch P = 6 mm.
The bolt tolerance field is 4h.
The nut tolerance field is 7G.
Task number 6
“Tolerances and fits of splined joints”
For a movable spline connection with a given nominal size of 20 x 92 x 102 mm, select a centering surface, select fit, build a layout of the tolerance fields of the connection for all elements, give an assembly drawing of a spline connection.
Initial data:
1. The nature of loading - U (moderate).
2. Centering accuracy - N (low).
3. Guidelines for heat treatment - the shaft is heat treated.
Task number 7
“Tolerances and fits of keyed joints”
For a keyed connection (a key is prismatic, version A, the connection is free), for the given shaft diameter and key length (appendix), determine the tolerances and limit sizes of all elements of the joint, as well as give an arrangement of tolerance fields along the width of the key b and the assembly drawing keyway connection.
The shaft diameter d = 70 mm, the key length l = 190 mm.
